Thank-you for stepping into your power. The world needs it now more than ever and that’s exactly why I am here doing this work with you.
To better prepare, I ask that you bring/keep in mind the following:
- please eat a lighter meal no less than one hour before we meet. Breathwork and somatic movement can prove to be more challenging or uncomfortable on a full stomach.
- please bring a pillow + blanket to help you feel more comfortable during some of our process.
- bring a water bottle.
- wear comfortable / lose fitting clothing.
