Hey! I’m Jeany.
After years of ticking all the boxes in pursuit of what I thought would bring fulfillment – education, career, house, marriage, family – I found myself lacking aliveness.
I kept fighting to accomplish the next thing in hopes that it would finally bring me to some sort of finish line where I would be rewarded with fulfillment and happiness.
Then it dawned on me one day that the only thing stopping me from living the life I longed for was myself. I needed to get the hell out of my own way.
A realization that came with a flood of remembering… Remembering that I am a soul on a mission to experience the mass range of emotions and lessons that come with having a human experience.
Today, I am awake to the fact that my thoughts create my reality and I am in control of my entire experience. I live my life recognizing that each moment presents us with two options:
a.) Follow what excites you
b.) Succumb to fear
We are a powerful form of energetic consciousness, capable of manifesting our entire existence into being.
I’ve learned that our sense of aliveness and purpose is found in following what excites us in each moment and when we succumb to fear, we get in our own way and forget who we truly are.
Each day is an opportunity to let love rule. A feat that triumphs through all of the small ways we choose to radiate love and follow what excites us most.

Who’s Jeany?
Jeany is the host of EXPAND with Jeany Crux and the founder of Crux Creative. A Biz Storytelling & Marketing Agency.
She considers herself to be a fortunate soul who has been able to evolve through a multitude of experiences by following what excites her in each moment; despite having a self-sabotaging voice in the back of her head that begs her to stay home and play it safe.
Her passion to speak to people, took her through a 10 year long career as a radio broadcaster and music journalist, while her soul’s call to help others pulled her into a entrepreneurial journey as a podcast host, writer, business storyteller, motivational speaker, workshop facilitator, empowerment coach and intuitive guide.
